11. CONEY SAUCE (HOT DOG)

Cook meat and salt and onions with oil, drain. Mash meat mixture with potato masher. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 1 hour or more until thick.

12. ORIGINAL CONEY ISLAND RECIPE

Brown meats and onions. Add seasonings. Put ... but not too dry. Boil hot dogs. Put on a bun. Add meat over top. Add mustard and chopped onions.
