Mix well and pour over salad just before serving.

Mix dressing ingredients together in blender. Pour over salad and mix well.

Wash and dry spinach. Tear ... pieces. Combine with sprouts and chestnuts. Toss salad with dressing. Add egg and bacon. Will serve a large group.

Toss together. Mix together. Beat until creamy. Pour over salad. Serve.

Toss above ingredients and add dressing just before serving. Blend and refrigerate.

Mix spinach torn into bite size pieces with sprouts, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, eggs, bacon and onion. Toss together with the dressing.

Toss salad lightly. Add dressing just before serving.

Wash and devein spinach (take ... and let stand at room temperature for several hours. Mix dressing and toss shortly before serving. Serves 6-8.

Shred spinach into bite-size pieces. Add eggs and bacon pieces on top only. 8 servings. NOTE: Salad without dressing keeps 4 to 5 days.
