KOREAN SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach (wash and dry)
1 can bean sprouts (drained)
1 can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
3 hard cooked eggs (sliced)
3 strips cooked bacon (crumbled)

Toss together.

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
Sm. onion, grated
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt

Mix together. Beat until creamy. Pour over salad. Serve.
