CHEESE BALL 
12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp. pimento, minced
1 tbsp. green pepper, minced
1 tbsp. onion, minced
2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Make sure cheese is at room temperature. Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate so you can shape into balls. Use butter or cooking oil on your hands, form into two balls, roll in chopped nuts. Wrap in wax paper. Refrigerator until ready to serve.
