POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. poppy seeds
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter extract

GLAZE:

1/2 tsp. butter extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix the ingredients and beat with mixer for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool for 5 minutes. Mix glaze ingredients together and pour glaze over bread while still in pans.
