1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 sm. jars plum baby food
2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and plum baby food. Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.

ICING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla. Sprinkle nuts on top of icing.
