BROCCOLI AND CREAM CORN 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
1 can cream-style corn
1 egg, beaten
Onion salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli slightly; drain well. Arrange in shallow greased casserole, about 7x9. Mix together corn, egg and seasonings. Pour over and between broccoli spears. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
