BROCCOLI AND CREAMED CORN 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli (thawed)
1 lb. can cream style corn (14 1/2 oz.)
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. cracker crumbs

Combine ingredients in a casserole.

For topping combine melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
