SHAKER POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. flour (sifted)

Cream butter well; add sugar gradually. After adding each egg, beat again. Add flavoring and gradually work in flour. Bake for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. NO OTHER LIQUID IN THIS RECIPE.
