SHRIMP SALAD 
Shrimp, boiled and peeled (as much as you can afford)
Onion, to taste
Celery to taste (I like a lot)
Avocado to taste (as much as you can afford)
Lemon
Mayonnaise
Salt
Garlic (optional, but really great)

This is the easiest possible recipe.

Simply mix it! Put into refrigerator until ready to eat. Serve on a bed of lettuce with whatever garnish you would like that is colorful. Good with pineapple slices and potato chips or your favorite crackers. Pineapple and "salty" potato chips make a nice difference in textures and taste.
