VANILLA WAFER CAKE 
1 lg. (10 oz.) box vanilla wafers
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 sm. (7 oz.) can flake coconut
1 (12 oz.) can bag pecans
3 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crush vanilla wafers into fine crumbs. Cream butter, add sugar and eggs, to butter and mix. Fold in ground wafers and add remaining ingredients. Grease and flour bundt pan, pour in batter and bake for 50 minutes. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
