STIR FRY RICE 
3 c. rice, cooked and chilled
3 to 4 onions, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. chopped ham
3 eggs scrambled
Ginger to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Oil to taste

In large skillet or wok put enough oil to stir fry above ingredients, excluding eggs. Stir fry 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add eggs.
