CHEESE/MEAT OMELET 
3 eggs
3 (1/4 inch thick) slices cheese of choice
1 c. meat of choice
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. salsa of choice
Spices, optional

Preheat omelet in pan. Cook on medium heat. Crack eggs in small bowl. Add milk and blend thoroughly. Pour into greased preheated pan.

Grate cheese. When eggs begin to solidify spread cheese evenly over eggs. Spread meat evenly over top of cheese. Pour salsa evenly over meat. Allow cheese to begin to melt, then fold. Allow cheese to melt. Flip over if needed to keep from burning.
