PANCAKE PUFF 
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Pinch of nutmeg
1/4 c. butter (or a little less)
Powdered sugar

Mix flour, egg, milk and nutmeg together leaving batter a bit lumpy. Melt butter in 9 inch pie plate. Pour batter on top of it. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Sift powdered sugar on top. Serve at once with syrup.
