COLD PUREE OF TUNA 
3 lg. potatoes
1 c. milk
1 lg. can tuna fish, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. mayonnaise sauce

Boil potatoes thoroughly. Peel and mash. Add milk and mix well. Add tuna, salt, and pepper and mix well. Mold in fish shape or any shape you desire, and chill. Serve with mayonnaise sauce. Serves 4.
