STIR - FRY BEANS 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans
3 slices salami (from a 6 oz. pkg.)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce or tamari sauce

Trim green beans and cut diagonally in 1-inch lengths. Cut salami into thin strips. Heat oil until hot in a large skillet; stir in beans and salami. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes, or just until beans are a bright green.

Combine sugar, water and soy sauce in a 1-cup measure; stir into bean mixture; cover. Steam 10 minutes, or until beans are crisply tender; spoon into heated vegetable bowl and top with chopped parsley (optional) if you wish.
