STEAMED HADDOCK WITH STEWED
TOMATOES
 
1-2 lb. haddock
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
Dash salt
Dash pepper

Line glass dish with aluminum foil, form into a boat shape. Put fish in foil, then add tomatoes, mushrooms, lemon juice, seasoning, salt and pepper. Fold foil closed to hold in liquid. Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour. Remove be careful opening foil because of steam. Serve. Other fish may be used instead of haddock.
