TACO CHIP DIP 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger or ground chuck
1/2 to 3/4 c. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. mustard, Grey Poupon
1 can kidney beans, mashed and drained

TOPPING:

1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1/2 c. onions, chopped fine
1/2 c. olives, black or green, sliced

Brown meat and onions. Add chili powder, salt, catsup, mustard and kidney beans. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle topping ingredients on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
