LEMON BARS 
BOTTOM CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix together butter, flour, and powdered sugar. Press into an 8-inch ungreased square pan. Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.

FILLING:

2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Add dry ingredients to egg, lemon juice, and lemon rind mixture. Pour over partially baked crust and bake 20 minutes more at 350 degrees. Cool.

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. powdered sugar

Combine orange juice, butter, lemon juice, and powdered sugar and spread over cooled bars.
