CARAMEL - PECAN PINWHEELS | |
1/3 c. caramel ice cream topping 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1/3 c. pecan halves 1 pkg. of 8 refrigerated bread sticks In a 9 x 1 1/2 inch round baking pan, stir together ice cream topping and butter. Sprinkle with pecan halves. Separate but do not uncoil the bread sticks. Arrange curls atop caramel mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Loosen sides and invert rolls onto a serving plate. Serve warm. Makes 8 servings. |
