CRANBERRY MOLD 
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 can strained cranberry sauce
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
2/3 c. chopped nuts

Drain pineapple; add juice to enough water to make 2 cups for jello. Heat and add jello and cranberries. Mix until smooth. Put in refrigerator until partially set, then add pineapple and nuts. Put in ring mold. Turn out on plate and fill center of ring with cottage cheese.
