SOUR CREAM NOODLE BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. minced onion
1 lb. hamburger
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Fold in cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and set aside. Brown hamburger; drain. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes.

Spoon 1/2 noodle mixture into greased casserole. Top with 1/2 meat mixture. Repeat layers. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 8.
