VIRGINIA LEMON FISH | |
1 lb. frozen flounder 1/2 c. butter, melted 3 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 c. cracker crumbs Salt & pepper Spread fish evenly in casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix butter, lemon juice and parsley. Pour over fish, sprinkle with paprika and pour cracker crumbs over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
