PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
5 tbsp. soft butter
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
2 eggs, beat slightly
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice

Combine flour and brown sugar in bowl. cut in butter for crumb mixture. Stir in nuts. Set aside 3/4 cup mixture for topping. Press remaining mix into bottom of 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool slightly.

Combine cheese, sugar, pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon, allspice and vanilla in large bowl. Blend until smooth. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with topping mix. Bake again for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and cut. Makes 32 (1 x 2 inch) bars.
