RHUBARB PIE 
4 c. unpeeled, diced rhubarb stalks
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4-2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter

Mince the diced rhubarb into a paste form. Mix in flour and beat until smooth. Add sugar and flour; beat to smooth. Pour mixture into a pie made pie pan and cook for 45 minutes at 250 degrees.
