REUBEN SANDWICHES 
2 1/4 c. drained sauerkraut
1/4 c. chopped sweet onions
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
Cream Russian dressing
3/4 lb. sliced beef corned
3/4 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
16 slices rye bread
Butter or marg., softened

Combine sauerkraut, onion and parsley; toss until well mixed. Spread Russian dressing on each slice of bread. Top 8 slices of bread with corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut; top with remaining bread. Lightly butter both sides of sandwiches. Grill slowly until cheese melts and bread browns.

To make creamy Russian dressing blend 1/2 cup mayonnaise with 1/4 cup chili sauce. Good!
