MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines Butter cake mix
4 whole eggs
1/2 c. wesson oil
1 can mandarin oranges with juice

Beat together the above ingredients until well blended. Pour into 3 well-greased pans.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Icing:

1 large can crushed pineapple
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 large cool whip

Empty pineapple into large bowl. Sprinkle pudding mix over pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Ice cake and refrigerate.
