MARZETTI 
2 lbs. beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. water
2 cans tomato soup
6 oz. can mushrooms, undrained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped celery with leaves
1 green pepper, diced
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg. egg noodles

Brown meat in large skillet, drain. Add onion, celery, garlic, green pepper and water. Cover and steam, remove from heat. Cook noodles, add to beef mixture, mix in soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Spread in 15 x 9 pan, sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. 10 to 12 servings.
