MARZETTI FOR 20 SERVINGS 
3 lbs. pork or ground beef, browned
1 pt. onion, parboiled 5 minutes
1 pt. celery, diced and parboiled 5 minutes
1 can mushroom soup
1 lg. pkg. noodles, parboiled 3 minutes
2 tbsp. La Choy sauce
3 cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 cans water
Salt and pepper

Combine in layers and bake 2 hours in very slow oven (275 degrees).
