1 (8 oz.) jar apricot or peach preserves
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 bottle red salad dressing (French or Catalina dressing)
2 chickens, quartered

Mix first 3 ingredients together to become the sauce. To bake: Spread over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. To broil: Spread over chicken the last 15 minutes.
