POTATOES AND SCRAMBLED EGGS IN
MICROWAVE
 
2 eggs
2 potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. milk

Cut up 2 potatoes and add 2-3 tablespoons butter. Cook in microwave for 1 minute. Take out to stir. Then put back in for 3-4 minutes.

While cooking, mix 2 eggs with 1 tablespoon of milk. Add it to the potatoes and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Take out and serve. Bon Apetit! For larger serving add ingredients proportionately. Salt and pepper optional.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
