FROSTY STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Whipped cream

Mix first 4 ingredients; spread evenly in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle 2/3 of crumbs in 9 x 13 pan. Combine egg whites, sugar, berries, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Beat in electric mixer 10 minutes on high speed. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Cut into square and trim with whole strawberries if desired.
