CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 pkg. corn bread mix (Not Jiffy too sweet)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 boiled eggs, chopped
10 to 12 slices bacon fried crisp
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
Mayonnaise

Bake corn bread according to package and directions. When cold crumble, let set and dry out 8 hours. Add celery, onions, pepper, eggs and refrigerate several hours. Add crumbled bacon and chopped tomatoes. Toss with just enough mayonnaise to just hold together. This salad is to be tossed gently.
