CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 pkg. cornbread mix (unsweetened) (make your own)
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green sweet pepper, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 chopped pimientos
3 green onions (tops too)
1 lg. or 2 sm. tomatoes
10-12 slices bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled

Cook cornbread and cool; crumble. Mix all ingredients and cover with mayonnaise or salad dressing, enough mayonnaise to mix well and to your taste. Keeps for several days. Serves 12.
