PUMPKIN BREAD CAKE | |
2/3 c. shortening 2 2/3 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin 2/3 c. water 3 1/3 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. cloves 1/2 c. nuts 2/3 c. raisins Bake at 350 degrees. Grease pans (loaf or bundt pans). Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs and pumpkin, also water. Blend in dry ingredients and stir in nuts and raisins. Bake 65 to 75 minutes. |
