AMY'S EASY PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1 pkg. spice cake mix (your choice)

Note: Do NOT add eggs, water & oil!!

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a large bowl mix together canned pumpkin and dry cake mix. Mix until blended.

Evenly distribute batter into 3 mini greased loaf pans or 1 large loaf pan.

Bake at 325°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
