PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 1/2 cups oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup dark brown sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Beat oil and sugars - stir in eggs, pumpkin. Beat well. Combine all dry ingredients. Beat into pumpkin mixture. Stir in nuts, if desired.

Pour into 2 well greased and floured 8-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes then remove from pan... Cool completely.
