PUMPKIN BREAD OR CAKE 
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. water
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. corn oil
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 (303) can pumpkin

Beat eggs, add sugar, oil, water, and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, then 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Grease 4 (1 lb.) coffee cans and flour. Place each 1/2 full. Then bake or use one bundt pan, bake 1 hour.
