MICROWAVE MUSHROOM SAUTE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tbsp. fine herbs (crushed)
1/4 tbsp. garlic salt
1 lb. (5 1/2 c.) fresh mushrooms, halved

In 2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients, except mushrooms. Microwave uncovered for 1 minute, stirring once. Stir in mushrooms. Cover cooked 6 to 8 minutes or until tender. Stir twice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
