20 Ritz crackers
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
3 egg whites
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Beat egg whites until fluffy - stiff. Add sugar, baking powder and vanilla slowly. Roll crackers and mix with nuts. Fold this into egg white mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not grease pan. Top with Dream Whip or Cool Whip and chocolate shavings.
