RITZ CRACKER TORTE 
6 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
50 Ritz crackers
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 c. coconut, browned

Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually add sugar and vanilla; beat well. Break up crackers and chopped nuts and add to egg mixture. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees in ungreased pan (9 x 13 inches). Cool completely. Then spread on whipped Dream Whip (you can use Cool Whip if you prefer) and sprinkle coconut on top.
