BROCCOLI CHEESE AND CRACKERS 
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli, defrosted
1 med. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. butter
1 sleeve Ritz crackers

1. Saute onion in 1/4 pound butter.

2. Put defrosted broccoli in hot water 1 to 2 minutes. Drain and place in baking dish.

3. Add onion and butter in baking dish.

4. In bowl mix soup and 1/4 can milk and pour over mix.

5. Slice cheese and place on top of mix.

6. Crumble Ritz crackers on top.

7. Melt 1/4 pound butter and drizzle over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
