RITZ CRACKER 
40 Ritz crackers, crunch up
4 egg whites, beat until stiff
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts

Bake in 9 x 13 inch greased pan for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and top with Cool Whip and flaked coconut.
