PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 2/3 c. sifted flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. water
3/4 c. canned pumpkin

Sift dry ingredients into bowl; mix well and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Then add to dry ingredients; mix just until blended. Put into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60-75 minutes or until done.
