3/4 part spinach
1/4 part lettuce
1 med. cucumber, sliced
1-2 oranges, cut in sm. pieces

DRESSING:

1/3 c. mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. caraway seeds
3 tbsp. sour cream

Mix dressing ingredients ahead of time and toss with salad just before serving.
