PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 c. pumpkin or pumpkin pie mix
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. and 2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Combine sugars, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Add water.

Bake in greased and floured 1 pound coffee cans or bread pans.

Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.

If you like spices, add 1/4 teaspoon allspice.
