MEAT BALL CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. onion chopped (med. size)
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk (can cream)

Combine meat, oatmeal, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well, shape into balls and place in dish or pan.

SAUCE FOR MEAT BALLS:

1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine catsup, vinegar, water and sugar and pour over meat balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn meat balls over after cooking 30 minutes.
