BEST EVER BREAKFAST PANCAKES 
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 c. sour milk (add 1 tbsp. vinegar)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
2 egg whites, beaten stiff

Mix ingredients together in order given. Fold in egg whites.

These pancakes are extraordinarily light and fluffy. If batter is too stiff, add a little sour milk.

Bake on hot griddle.
