1 lb. chorizo or Italian sausage
6 oz. vermicelli, broken
4 whole tomatoes, peeled, cut
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. dried red pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 can green chilies, chopped
