PINEAPPLE CHEESECAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 tsp. almond flavor (if you don't have almond, add 3 more tsp. vanilla)

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and eggs together with mixer. When well mixed, add vanilla and almond flavorings and pour into an oiled 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to cool.

TOPPING:

1 can crushed pineapple
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
